Take advantage of our Good Grades Pay -Student Rewards by opening a Totally Free Checking Account at FCB and submitting your report card at the end of every term!
Eligibility Requirements:
- Utah students age 14-25 eligible for participation
- Must have an active Totally Free Checking account opened at First Community Bank (Minors under age 18 must open a joint account with a parent/guardian co-signer)
- Students earn $3 for every A up to $20 per term (A- do not count)
- Report cards must be submitted to an FCB branch by designated deadline for payment to occur
2024-2025 Report Card Submission Deadlines:
Term report cards must be submitted by the following deadlines to receive payment for A’s. Funds will be deposited into student’s checking account within one month after deadline.
- First Term | November 15, 2024
- Second Term | January 30, 2025
- Third Term | April 15, 2025
- Fourth Term | June 15, 2025
Note: For school districts on trimester schedules, report cards can be submitted by the next available term deadline to qualify.
Community Builder Scholarships
Visit a First Community Bank Branch and enter to win one of our Community Builder Scholarships. We award ten $500 scholarships and one $2,500 scholarship at the end of each school year. Winners for 2024-2025 will be selected on June 15, 2025. For full details and rules for Scholarship Awards, see Official Rules.
*Certain restrictions apply. Students must be age 14-25 as of the last day of the school year and be enrolled in a Utah Public, Private or Charter School to be eligible. Cash award will be deposited into primary checking account within one month of submission deadline. Student will be rewarded $3 for every “A” grade presented on their current report card. Minimum amount earned is $3. Maximum amount earned is $20. Cash award is treated as interest and will be reported to you on IRS Form 1099-INT. First Community Bank reserves the right to modify or cancel the program for any reason (without terminating any pending award payments).
