To report a lost or stolen card:
Call 1-888-297-3416
Using your online banking or mobile app:
- Login to your account
- Choose the desired card from "Card Management" on dashboard or within accounts
- Select from the following menu options:
- Toggle the switch from "Active" to temporarily lock your card
- Click on "Report lost/stolen" to cancel your card
- Reorder a new card or visit your local branch to reprint an Instant Issue Debit Card.
